T-Minus 24 hours till my favorite day of the week: travel day!
Flying back to California tomorrow to meet up with this amazing family and watch Dad handover the reigns of the PGA to the next President.
It’s been quite an experience these past six years for us and it has made me appreciate family, travel and golf even more.
We’ve been so blessed with so many amazing opportunities to travel to so many amazing places:
2015 PGA Championship at Whistling Straights in Wisconsin
2016 PGA Championship at Baltursol in New Jersey
2016 Ryder Cup at Hazeltine in Minnesota
2017 Masters at Augusta National
2017 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow in Charlotte
2018 Masters at Augusta National
2018 Ryder Cup at Le Golf National in Paris
The best part about all these places has been the people. Family, friends, PGA family and meeting some amazing people along the way. We can only go up from here.
One of my fondest memories was my first golf tournament I’d ever been to, the 2015 PGA Championship at Whistling straights, one of my friends came out and brought her dad. As we were standing on the 18th green waiting for the trophy to be handed to Jason Day who won that year, her died cried out “Now this, this is LIVING!”. He couldn’t have described the past six years better.
